We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

* The product received is damaged.
* The product received is defective.
* The wrong product has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused.
* The product must be unwashed and undamaged.
* The product must be returned in its original packaging.
* All original tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
* Clear photos or an unboxing video must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Change of mind after purchase.
* Customer does not like the product.
* Incorrect order placed by the customer.
* Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings.
* Used products.
* Washed, altered, or damaged products.
* Missing tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice.
* Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.

Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return approval.

Return Process

1. Contact us through WhatsApp or Email.
2. Share your order details along with photos or videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review the request.
4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. The customer may be required to send the product back to our return address.
6. After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved:

* Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
* Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
